While this food might not appeal to absolutely everyone. However if you do enjoy it, You will surely love this dish! I would suggest you have this meal with rotis and rice.





Ingredients :
  •  1/2 a kilo of Chicken liver
  •  40-60g butter
  •  Small amount of salt
  •  pepper
  •  3 or 4 slices of bacon
  •  Half a teaspoon of Sage
  •  A few slices of coriander naan
  •  Under half a cup of masala

Cooking Guidelines

Before anything else, be sure to cut up the livers into 2 pieces. Discard any stiff bits or bad can you see any.

Put the butter to melt on a small pan, put in the chicken livers, next put in the masala sauce, pepper, salt and sage. After a couple of minutes, then add the bacon, simmer for another 4 minutes.

And then, cut up the naan into small pieces, and then sautee them. Arrange them stylishly on a plate next scoop up the chicken liver away from the pan and place them onto the coriander naan. Next hopefully you see a bit of sauce still in the pan, add a half a glass of wine to this and allow it to simmer for an additional 4 min, stirring occasionally. Add yet another 2 oz butter to the pan, stir it into the mixture waiting for it to melt.

Next Pour this mix over the livers and rice. Then the recipe is complete, I suggest you let it cool for 5 to ten minutes. The ideal time to call the family and friends to sit down!
